Whether you are Directly Authorised or an Appointed Representative, you can submit second charge loan applications to us directly or introduce them via your preferred Master Broker.

If you wish to discuss a case with us you can contact us in one of the following ways:
Step 1 - Simply fill out the relevant decision in principle pack:
You may already have a recent credit search, fact find or supporting information. Please include any relevant information that you feel will assist our underwriters. Email to [email protected].
Step 2 - We will underwrite the application based on the information you have provided. We will come back to you within 2 working hours (provided the application is received by 2.30pm). If we require additional information an underwriter will call you direct.
Step 3 - Based on your customer’s circumstances, we will provide Mortgage Illustrations for any products you require for your customer, as well as items required to progress to offer.
Step 4 - If your customer wishes to proceed with the illustration and make an application we will ask you to supply any additional items and relevant assessment and valuation fees, together with the application pack.
Step 5 - As soon as our underwriting checks are complete we will send the mortgage offer to your customer and send a copy to you.
Step 6 - If your customer is happy they should sign the mortgage deed and return this to us. We will then arrange for the funds to be released.
Appointed representatives should check with their network that they can submit direct.
You can introduce a case via one of our Master Brokers who are experienced in arranging second charge loans. Simply choose your Master Broker and refer your customer to them. They will take care of the rest and make sure you are kept fully up to date.
