It’s never been easier to get what you want at the click of a button. You can shop online, pay your bills, book a holiday, order and pay for a taxi, and transfer money between bank accounts – the list goes on and on. So with all this technology at our fingertips, why is getting a mortgage still considered so time consuming and paper-heavy?

We’re always thinking of ways to make applying for one of our products as easy as possible. We understand that in today’s busy world, more of your customers want the convenience of doing business online.

We no longer need supporting documentation, such as bank statements and income confirmation, to be certified. What’s more, we also allow these documents to be submitted in the following formats:

  • Photocopies
  • Scanned images
  • Photographic images
  • Digital images

We do still need ID and proof of residency documents to be certified individually, but we’re confident this enhancement will make applying so much easier, both for you and your customer.
