We know your time is precious. No-one likes being put on hold, only to be left waiting in a queue for a long period of time. We’ve worked hard to make sure we answer your call as quickly as possible and are proud that, so far this year, we’ve answered more than 84% of your calls within 20 seconds.

We know we can always make things even better though, which is why we’ve launched our new ‘call back’ service – to make sure you’re spending your time doing what you do best, looking after your customers and helping them get the products they want.

We’ll always do our best to answer your call immediately, the new call back service will support you if there are times when we receive a high number of calls and we can’t answer your call straightaway.

All you need to do is leave your name, number and brief explanation of how we can help you, and we’ll call you back as soon as one of our agents becomes available. The beauty of the system is you won’t lose your place in any queue.

We’ve invested heavily in our telephony team to ensure you get all the support you need. Our team of knowledgeable and experienced agents are trained to answer your questions and give you the correct information you need on regular enquiries such as:

  • case updates
  • portfolio landlords
  • submission requirements on limited company buy to let applications
  • explaining how our tiering system works
