100,000 and counting: Thinking Outside the Blog hits major milestone

What with everything that’s happened over the past 18 months or so, you’d be forgiven if the events of April 2018 don’t immediately spring to mind.

If you’re a Liverpool fan, like me, you’ll probably remember looking forward to the Champions League final against Real Madrid (although I’d prefer to forget about the result). A few of you might recall the government announcing that all privately rented homes in the UK were required to have a minimum energy performance rating of E. But I doubt if any of you’ll recollect the first Thinking Outside the Blog.

Launched quietly back on the 18 April 2018, it’s since gone on to be viewed more than 100,000 times. In the last three-and-a-half years, the blog has featured more than 120 articles about what’s happening here at Precise Mortgages, the latest news and developments from the wider mortgage sector, and guest articles from some of the best-known names from around the industry.

To celebrate reaching this milestone, I thought I’d share with you the five most popular blog posts from the past year, just in case you missed them the first time around.
