  • Joint or single legal representation (England and Wales only)

  • Light, standard and heavy refurbishment
  • Exit to Buy to Let available
  • Maximum age 85 at end of term
  • Maximum term 18 months for Property Investor, 12 months or less for Regulated bridging
  • HMOs considered (for Property Investor)
